10.3. Managing users
To access secure forms in LincDoc, individual users must be created and assigned to groups with rights to access various parts of the system.
To create a new user:
- Login as an Admin user
- Select system, User/Group maintenance
- Click on the User tab
- Enter the username and click create user
- Add the user to an appropriate group
Resetting the user's password:
- Select the user
- Click send password reset email
The system will automatically send an email to the email address associated with the account.
