5.6. Reset an Employee's Password

Tell Me
- Go to the Employee Detail screen for the person whose password needs to be reset.
- In the Account Information section of the screen, click the "Reset" link.
- Provide a new password.
- You can enter a password that meets the password requirements, or you can allow EOS to select a password for you.
- Click the checkbox to require the employee to change this password when they log in.
- Click the Reset button.
