1.4. What to do when you can't remember your password

Tell me

  1. On your EOS portal's login page, click on the "Forgot password?" link found at the upper right hand part.
  2. Enter your username (or email address).
  3. Click on the "Search" button.
  4. Enter the answers to your security questions.
  5. Click on the "Validate and Reset" button.
  6. Check your email for the new password.
